3) Eligible Participants: BLIA World Headquarters Directors, Committee Directors (Vice), Lay Dharma Lecturers/Teachers in North America, as well as Chapters/Subchapter      Elder Advisors, Presidents, Executives, Members, and Monastic Advisors.
    Number of Participants:Limited to 400 persons

      Registration Period: From November 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020 till full capacity.

      How to Register:

  1. BLIA members please register online with BLIA Membership Card at BLIA World Headquarters official website: www.blia.org (open after 11/20)
    ※Monastics are required to log into ECP BLIA Registration to register
  2. Please complete all information required online for “Transportation Service” before April 40.
    *Airport pickup/drop-off service:Only available for Orlando Airport (MCO), for all other airports, please arrange on your own.

6) Fees:

  1. Early Bird Discounts
    Those who register from November 20 to December 31, 2019, US$300.00 each person.
  2. Registration Fees:
    From January 1 to 31, 2020: US$380.00 each person.
    From February 1 to March 31, 2020: US$450.00 each person.
    1. The above fees include: Two nights of accommodation (double occupancy) on June 5-7 during the Meeting, meals, and transportation service to and from the airport.
      During the Meeting on 6/5-7, those wishing to stay in single rooms are required to pay an additional US$110.00 for the two nights.
      Not including: Tours, air tickets, travel insurance, room tips, and all other personal expenses.
    2. If arriving before or departing after the Meeting, please contact the Hosting Organization to make hotel booking, the individual involved is to be responsible for all expenses.
      *Accommodation Fees: US$110.00/night (double occupancy)
      Single room: US$110/night (prior notice required).
  3. Donations from chapters for food offering are welcome.

  2. 3 Those registering for Meeting tours are required to complete “Tour Registration” (Appendix 2) and send to the Meeting email address.

8) Please note the following:

  1. Participants should wear the BLIA uniform with their membership card and also bring own water bottle.
  2. Chapters are to compile registration and tour fees for a single submission to BLIA Florida via fund wiring or check before April 30.
     ※After completing registration for the Meeting or tours, fees are not refundable upon cancellation.
