國際佛光會 2021 年北美洲線上聯誼會 參加辦法
一、宗 旨：為促進北美洲地區佛光會員聯誼及會務交流
二、主辦單位：國際佛光會世界總會
三、承辦單位：國際佛光會佛羅里達協會、國際佛光會邁阿密協會
四、協辦單位：國際佛光會美東各協會
五、活動時間：2021 年 6 月 6 日(日)
美東時間：下午 16：00 至 19：00
美西時間：下午 13：00 至 16：00
六、活動内容：開幕典禮、主題論壇、會務觀摩、分組討論、綜合報告及閉幕等。
七、參加對象：世界總會理事、各委員會主副任委員、北美洲各協會、分會、青年分團、 督導、會長、財務、秘書等幹部，或由輔導法師、會長推薦會員參加。
八、報名人數： 1000 人為限，額滿為止 (含工作人員)
九、報名辦法：
(一)報名日期：自 2021 年 2 月 28 日起，至 2021 年 4 月 15 日額滿為止。
(二)報名方式：採「網路報名」網址 https：//www.blia.org
(三)報名時請輸入個人會員證號及密碼報名，報名內容敬請務必填寫正確的 「登入 ZOOM 的電郵信箱」、「ZOOM 帳號」，以利大會通知開會方式。

美東時間：下午 15：00 至 15：50
美西時間：中午 12：00 至 12：50
會議時間：6 月 6 日(日)

(二)方式：請先下載 ZOOM 會議室並註冊帳號。
(三)報名成功後，行政組將提供代號。
(四)出席人員請穿著各協會統一制服外加「佛光會會服」。由於議程中安排「大合照」，登入會議室後，請務必開啟視訊畫面，以豐富畫面多元及國際性。
(五)將安排同步口譯：英語、粵語。

1、各協會提報 2020 年度當地特色線上弘法事項一則 (相片 3-5 張) ，由各區負責 協會彙整後，於大會時進行報告。 (各區會務觀摩 5 分鐘)

2021 BLIA North America Virtual Fellowship Meeting Guidelines
1.Objective: To enhance fellowship and exchanges for BLIA North America members
2.Organizer: BLIA World Headquarters
3.Institutions-in-charge: BLIA Florida and BLIA Miami Chapters
4.Co-organizers: BLIA America East Chapters
5.Schedule of event: June 6, 2021 (Sunday)
EST: 16:00 to 19:00
PST: 13:00 to 16:00
6.Contents: Opening ceremony, theme forum, BLIA affairs exchange, group discussion, joint report, and closing ceremony
7.Participants: World Headquarters directors, committee directors (vice), North America chapters, subchapters, YADs, Elder Advisors, presidents, treasurers, secretaries etc., or members recommended by Monastic Advisors and presidents.
8.Number of registrants: Limited to 1,000 people till full (including staff)
9.How to register:
(1) Registration date: Beginning from February 28 to April 14 or till full.
(2) To register: Online registration at https://www.blia.org
(3) Please key in personal membership card number and password when registering and must provide correct email address for launching Zoom and the Zoom account in order to receive notifications from the Meeting administration.

(4) Participants are to wear the BLIA uniform on top of their chapter uniform. In order to capture a diverse and international image for the online group photo during the event, please ensure that your video is turned on when entering the Meeting.
(5) There will be simultaneous translation: English and Cantonese

(1)Chapters are to provide one distinctive event for Dharma propagation with 3-5 photos. After compilation by the responsible regional chapters, a report will be made during the meeting, limiting to 5 minutes for each region.
