1-At the botton of the HIMALAYA range,at the soutjern slope and rohini riverside,was kapilavastu,the capital of sakyas realm.The King Suddhodhana Gautama had built a big castle and governed with wisdom,winning happy sympathy of his individuals. OM MI TO FO!

2-Like any well structured organism,the birthday of the blessed Buddha was subject of discovery for Congolese population.
A-Organisation Commissions
Under the direction of chosen adepts,the Buddha's birthday feast organization,sustained by other.Members of the community,in spite of some failing,this commission had respected given instructions for the achievement of the activity.
Five(5) commissions were set:
-Cooking commission
-Welcome commission
-Embelistiment and furniture commission
-Engineering commission
-Watch commission
These commissions have also worked hand in hand,each of them had a well determined task and had work taking into account their rights and limits.For sound collaboration in the temple, young people had drawn certain images such as the master HSING YUN, BUDDHA and the others.

3-The program of the feast celebration was established from tuesday 8th sunday 13th April 2003.Six(-) days of joy,six days of training,of concentration and comprehension of life of Biuddha and at last six days of invocation.The program of celebration was well established,followed and respected by adepts,taking into account every day activities and starting time.
Harmoniy is life and even the real aim of any community.Superior man who enlightens the torch is the human figure of Buddha,who enlightens the world by his wisdom and pity.Enlightened by this light,men discover themselves as well asd the others.They can build with joy a human community and harmoniious relations.These are briefly,the outstanding points and exhortation message to all members in commissions for the feast,that the task we should have to do would be ruled by the master HUIRAN FASHI.

4-Luxury of the palace,health of the corpse,young people happiness,what do all of this mean to me? was he thinking.One day,I may be sick,and then become old and cannot get away from death! pride of young,pride of health,pride of existing all the reasonable being should let them aside. Un man who fights for his life seeking for help,the first is the wrong and the second the right one.The wrong way is this :when we realize that sickness,old age and death can not be avoided,we look for help for help among things that are also void,so impermanent.The right way to seek for help is this: when we discover the real nature of sickness,old age and death,we look for help in what is beyond all the suffering of man.In this pleaant life of the palace.I think,I look for assistance in the wrong way.Since then the spiritual fight look place in the heart of the prince.These are some extract of phylosophy and the technics of life of Buddha from his birth to the application of his dee,that master HUIRAN took and explained in order to clarify the community.In conformity with the established program of feast celebration five(5)days were reserved especially for invocations and exhortation of some adepts.The atmosphere of the feast,the harmony between the members in the community,turn by turn adepts were passing,giving donations,gender,fruits,food and soon,for thez meal in community,that had to terminate the feast of Buddha birthday.The motivation of members of the community express the development of our community.Always refering to the words of our master Buddha who said: but thanks to your pity,I discovered wisdom and I voved mysself to the three(3) jewels.The Buddha,the Dharma and the community,the one who wants to ride a horse or a cow needs a whip or spur.But you, o honored of the world,you have purified my heart without any whip or spur. Thanks to your pity and respect of puting in use the recommandation of the master HSING YUN,in order to to help and save African that we present to you our frank gratitude for this precious gift that we present to you our frank gratritude for this precious gift that is the teaching of Buddha which has united us and keeps uniting us so that to know our personal responsability and for the perfect change of whole our being,the central point of all followers.After(4) days reconfortation and studies(tuesday,wednesday,thursday,friday),the meeting of saturday was reserved for the projection film of master HSING YUN and the community of Taiwan while being in a lecture(video-tape).On sunday,the waited moment to express our fraternity,colored by meal which had reassembled 215 personnes,as well as the authorities of the town,were invited to have meal,before that, after the installatin of adepts,as speech was held by Freddy NGOUABE,talking also about life of Buddha,so that to make understand and explain the new comers and remind the adepts every thing had begun since then.

 5-we would like to request that in the coming years,there should be assistance of our adepts,meeting between us,South Africa responsables and congolese members,Taiwan of holds this kind of meeting.The members of the community of Buddha must reassemble in fraternity,to experience happiness to live together et aspire to the unity of the heart. 6-Those who respct the good teachings can see in ordinary trees and stones all the marvellous splintyers and the colors of lapis lazuli,whereas avid people,who don't know much to control their mind,are blind even at splender of a golden palade.Every thing in the daily life of a nation is like that.The mind is the sum of everything and that is why the sovereig must first tell his people to train their mind.The first principle in wise admnistration is like the principle of King "great light",to guide the men in the training of their mind.We are grateful to FO KUANG SHANG , where also we take part,for assisting african in its material and spiritual development so that an african man will be able to understand and valuate the advantage of nature,in order to become his own master.All this by work,the task of Venerable HUIRAN,starting by underdevelopment conditions of african people,a large part has understood about his liberty and involvement in life,givingf him the title of master on his own Fokuang Shang branch now in Congo and next in other countries of africa such is our mission to spread Buddhism,starting by propagationFokuang Shang vision of helping and saving african people,that vision should nort stop here,but must be evolving until they will manage to fly without any help,for the spiritual and material evolvement of africa .
