The tenth anniversary of BLIA Paraguay incubator donation

        Ten years ago, the first incubator was donated by 13 members of BLIA Paraguay to China-Paraguay Fo Guang Corning(康寧) Hospital. It saved 2,783 premature birth babies from the poor families. China-Paraguay Fo Guang Corning(康寧) Hospital held the tenth anniversary on June 23, 2009. The first incubated baby now becomes a 10 years old handsome and cute boy. It is hard to tell how the triplets struggle between life and death in the incubator now are 8 years old.


  The superintendent of China-Paraguay Fo Guang Corning(康寧) Hospital, Ms. Dorri said that she was proud of the hospital now has 11 incubators which is the first in amount in all the hospital of the same district. It was all because of the love of overseas Chinese. She promised she will continue to serve the poor people of Paraguay.

 
  Father Rogelio Plano, a cardinal of 3 provinces of Eastern Paraguay, gave a thanking speech and blessed all those participating in charity. He said that the Catholic Church and the Chinese charitable organization always work together. He again thanked those long-term working on charity and caring the poor. Following with the signing agreement between the elder advisor of BLIA Paraguay, Mr. Sung Yung Jin, the secretary of Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation, Mr. Chao Son Jei, and the cardinal, Father Rogelio Plano making a commitment to strengthen working together in medical and charitable field.  

  

 The meaning of service of incubator is more than money. It gives hope to the mother and lets the poor premature birth baby having the chance to live.
