Book launching ceremony

         On January 31^st 2009, BLIA Nepal organized the Nepali translation : “The Everlasting Light - Dharma Thoughts of Hsing Yun,” book launching ceremony, attended by about 200 members and associates including the Most Ven. Jnanaprunik – founder of Vishwa Shanti Novice Training Centre; Ven. Dharmawati – abbess of Dharmakirti Vihar; Ms Endira Manandhar – Director of Emeaja Buddhist TV; Ramkrishna Tamrakar – member of Nepal Constitution Assembly; Kapilar Kapahale – senior journalist of Samachar Patra. Ven. Chuehmen, Fo Guang Shan Theravada Buddhism and South Asia Coordinator was invited to preside over the ceremony.  The “Everlasting Light -Dharma Thought of Hsing Yun,” is the third Nepali books of Master Hsing Yun translated by Deva Shakya, the secretary general of BLIA Nepal.
