1.Objective：
In order to fulfill wishes of the public to become Buddhist followers of the right faith, the 2021 Virtual Triple Gem Refuge Ceremony will be held on each of the three Guanyin Bodhisattva Days.

4.To register：FGS branch temples in all regions are to accept and process registration for the ceremony.
5.To participate：
*Those taking refuge: All are to use Zoom Meeting for the ceremony. World Headquarters will provide one week before the Ceremony the Zoom ID, password, and virtual background to branch temples for forwarding to refuge taking registrants.
(1) Online testing: On the day before ceremony, refuge taking registrants are required to go online for testing at the same time of the actual ceremony.
(2) Check-in time: At one hour before the ceremony, refuge taking registrants are to logon to Zoom Meeting. Key in your name according to your branch
temple’s instructions for the temple to take attendance.
＊Observers can logon to YouTube BLIA World Headquarters for the ceremony (subscriptions welcome).
6.Other：
(1) For translation requirements, please recommend local translators and World Headquarters will designate them as official online translators.
(2) Local branch temples can conduct Refuge Taking procedure sessions before the ceremony.
(3) If any registrant is unable to participate in the ceremony online, then refuge taking is not completed and branch temples will not issue Refuge
Taking Certificates to them.
